Functional Computer Repair ($45.00)
We offer a flat $45.00 functional computer repair. This is asimple and basic get your computer running again service. It does Not
include backing up your data. Functional computer repairs are great
for people who use their computer mainly for Internet, or word
processing. With this service there is nothing done to ensure speed
on the system, only that the system functions.
Service Call ($35.00)
Are you having high speed internetinstalled? Do you have a printer that you're not sure how to connect?
Altispeed offers a general service call rate for these types of
problems. This rate is set for the little problems that just don't fall
into another catagory. We may come over and find that the "small
problem" you have isn't so small and will require additional labor and
additional cost, but in those circumstances you don't pay a penny!
Generic Factory Restoration ($75.00)
A factory restoration returns yourcomputer to it's original state. This includes backing up user data,
re-installation of system drivers, installation of office
productivity suite (Open Office), and installation of any software
provided by the user. This is typically a good option for someone who
has just purchased a used computer, or has a computer that is running
so slow a functional repair is not possible.
Dell Factory Restoration ($60.00)
Because we support Dell computer systems. Any computer systemmanufactured by dell regardless how old is eligible for a
factory restoration at a reduced cost of $60. Again this includes
backing up the user's data as well as re-installation of factory
drivers, and office productivity software.
Software Consultation ($25.00)
Have you ever heard of Open Source Software? Did you know thatsoftware exists that is capable of doing almost everything Microsoft
Office is without the $399.00 price tag? Open Source software is
available to you for free. With this service, we sit down with you
and decide what software would be useful to you. We then install and
configure the software for you. Since the software is open source,
there is no charge for the software itself only a modest
$25.00 charge. 1 program or 50, you still pay just 25 bucks.
House of Worship ($20.00)
Are you part of a church that hascomputers that aren't running quite up to par? Altispeed is proud to
offer our lowest rate to any church in the Grand Forks area. Just
$20.00 (per system) and we will do whatever is necessary to get the
computer back up and running. (separate rate's apply to servers.)
